We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Electronic bank transfers (EFT , Interac)

  • Cheque

  • Cash (if preferred)

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel on the same day of the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the cleaning cost. Should you cancel when the cleaner has already arrived, the full price of the service will be charged.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you're not completely satisfied with the cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll return to address any areas that need attention, at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure your space is spotless and meets your expectations.
