How do I book a cleaning service?Booking a cleaning service is simple! You can contact us through our website, give us a call, or send us a message via social media. We’ll discuss your needs and schedule a convenient time for your service.

How is payment handled?Payment is due upon the completion of each cleaning service. We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including credit/debit cards and other electronic payment options.

Do you offer recurring cleaning services?Yes! We offer recurring cleaning services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. After each service period, billing will be processed accordingly.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel on the same day of the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the cleaning cost. Should you cancel when the cleaner has already arrived, the full price of the service will be charged.

How long does a deep cleaning take?The time for deep cleaning depends on the size and condition of your space. Typically, it takes between 3 to 6 hours. We’ll give you a more accurate time estimate when you book your service.
