Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Fresh Breeze Solution! By booking or using our home and office cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are meant to ensure clarity, fairness, and professionalism for both parties.
1. Definitions

Customer: The individual or business booking and paying for cleaning services.

Supplier/We/Us: Fresh Breeze Solution, registered and operating in Toronto, Ontario.

Agent: A professional cleaner contracted by Fresh Breeze Solution to perform the services.

2. Booking & Services

All services must be booked through our website, email, or by calling us directly.

Service details, pricing, and scope are confirmed via the booking form or invoice (the “Order Schedule”).

Cleanings are provided on an hourly basis unless otherwise stated.

Service times are estimates. If additional time is required to meet our standards, we will notify you before proceeding.

We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are hazardous or unreasonable.

3. Access to Property

You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to your premises.

If we are unable to access your property due to a lockout or no-show, a full service fee will be charged.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

We accept credit cards, debit cards and other secure payment methods.

Prices are subject to applicable taxes (e.g., HST).
-
Recurring service discounts apply only after completing 3 appointments.
-
If service is cancelled before the third appointment, the full, undiscounted rate will be retroactively charged.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not 100% satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

We will return to re-clean any missed areas within 5 days at no extra cost.

Only the originally booked areas will be eligible for re-cleaning.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please provide 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
-
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.
-
Same-day cancellations will be charged 60% of the total service cost.

If cancellation occurs upon arrival or due to lockout, the full amount will be charged.

7. Liability

We are insured and do our best to avoid damages.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or any indirect losses.

We are not liable for work performed outside official bookings (i.e., private side arrangements with our Agents).

8. Force Majeure
Fresh Breeze Solution will not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, severe weather, or emergencies.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Must be redeemed through Fresh Breeze Solution directly.

10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and tools on our website are owned by Fresh Breeze Solution and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission.

11. Privacy
All personal and payment information is handled securely and kept confidential. We do not sell or share your information.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

13. Electronic Agreement
By booking a service with Fresh Breeze Solution online or by phone, you agree to these Terms and Conditions electronically, and they are legally binding.
